BBC TV comedy-drama set in Tameside around 25 years ago - help needed in identifying locations

This a request regarding a BBC TV comedy-drama that was set in Tameside around 25 years ago - Making Out, starring Keith Allen, Margi Clarke, Geoffrey Hughes, Rachel Davies and many other great actors.

I was wondering if you could help me identify a few of the locations. If you start playing the video above and move the slider so that you are exactly 40:00 minutes into the programme. See the reservoir where Rex (Keith Allen) drives his car head first into: do you know where that is?

Also in series two, episode eight which can be viewed here at 38 mintues 50 seconds and the rest of that episode...the church where Gavin (John Lynch) and Jill (Melanie Kilburn) get married. Do you know where that is by any chance? I think it's the same church where the funeral of two workers (after the factory fire) takes place in series three, episode one (click here) at 36 minutes 20 seconds, you also get a shot of the church yard afterwards, I'd love to know where that is too?

If you then go ahead to series three, episode four (click here) where is the park where Nancy (Sue Wallace) is spying on Bernie (Alan David) and Donna (Heather Tobias) at 34 minutes 0 seconds. I've tried in vain to find this on Google maps for so long!

One final location query and that is for series three, episode five (click here) where at 12 minutes 30 seconds, Chunky (Brian Hibbard) and Nancy argue about a parking ticket outside a hospital where Pauline (Rachel Davies) is having treatment for cancer, can you identify this location?

The person who kindly requests help with identifying the locations listed would be grateful if any TC readers could help identify the locations via the comments section. Tameside Citizen

I don't watch a great deal of television but the TV comedies which I do rate are The Office, Peep Show and who could not find this classic scene from Phoenix Nights not totally hilarious?

I could be some of the places you want to identify weren't shown in their true locations. I remember a scene showing the Talbot pub in Stalybridge with a backdrop as if it was on a country road.
