Tameside MBC Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) scorecard 2007

An article in today’s Times rates Tameside as one of the best performing councils, a report from the Audit Commission backs this claim up. It is interesting to note that on a national level; most of the better performing councils are Conservative run, however Tameside Council buck this trend, is Tameside’s success due to the wise leadership and long term goals of council leader Roy Oldham?

(BNP campaign update)blue bin collection in Dukinfield this week collects record amounts of waste.
Senior Regional manager of UK waste recycling Mr Issac Hunt said we have been experiencing difficulties recently in the Dukinfield area with extra materials in our bins however he stated that the new plant in Warrington opened specially to deal with this extra waste would cope, and that the increase in the value of waste paper would offset the cost of the new plant he hoped that the increase in waste would continue and he looked forward to renewing the contract with Tameside in the near future

Which means "I am a c***"

Hmmm just about what I would expect from Labour.

Tameside MBC is undoubtedly one of the best performing councils in the country. Manchester and Oldham councils by comparison are appalling. Yet the BNP gains a much higher percentage of the vote in Tameside than in Manchester or Oldham.

The BNP has made a pact with Mr Cooke of UKIP.

The BNP has decided not to publicize the allegations against Mr Paul Kidd in the run-up to May's local elections. In return, Mr Cooke has agreed to help Tameside BNP with election strategy.

Bullshit to the above.

Ignore the above post.

There is,was and will not be any pact, between UKIP and the BNP.
UKIP have decided not publisise the allegations against Collet and Hannam, both BNP members, in the run up to Mays local elections.
Following your 6% (2006-2007)drop in Tameside vote share, the best help I can offer for your strategy, is to give up.

Well UKIP you are really setting Tameside a light with the massive results that you are getting. HA HA.

Well if you stand in Dukinfield just remember that the BNP have already sent out thousands of leaflets, not seen any from your mob yet.

UKIP and Labour do the job for Labour.
End of story.
UKIP still haven't said weather they have taken John Taylors money!
If you have you are a sell out!!

Taylor is now looking more and more desperate, see his website.
Why did he contact UKIP, why is Taylor so desperate to have the Tories stand in Dukinfield?
The April campaign in Dukinfield will be the test for the May elections.

Towards the end of last year it was rumoured that UKIP’s Top Brass were “jubilant” over “possibilities” on the electoral front, following six months of successive and humiliating drubbings at the polls. The reason for this was the realisation that, by pure chance, a clutch of local authority by-elections were to take place early this year in some of their very best areas!

In fact so promising were these areas that UKIP’s good and great couldn’t have wished for better had they selected them themselves!

Unfortunately for UKIP their “winter revival” appears to have fallen flat on its face, as in each of the five “golden” wards both their vote and their percentile share of the vote has – well – decreased, compared to last year.
