Snake on the loose?
Watch the clip and you will see an object pops up from the ground. This was recorded on a motion sensing night vision camera in complete darkness and pouring rain.
I have no idea what this mysterious creature is but my best guess is a snake that lives in the thick undergrowth.
Does anyone have any other more plausible suggestions?

It is a young king cobra judging from the shape of its neck and head. Someone probably threw it out as an unwanted pet.
