Destruction in Denton

Driving along Mancunian Road in Denton today I saw the wrecked bus stop pictured above. There was another one just the same close to the site of what was once Denton police station. This destruction was very recent as when I pulled up to take the photograph I could still the glass splintering. I would estimate the damage on each bust stop will cost a minimum of £300 to repair. What kind of mindless morons would commit such an act and what sentence would you like to see the perpetrators receive if caught?

Check out which company will profit from this because sometimes there's a link between the company that will benefit from repairing the damage and the perpetrators. And sometimes there are councillors involved too. Another scam?

With the proliferation of CCTV across The Borough (Good old taxpayer, we can rely on them to pay for anything that gives them the illusion of sleeping safer in their beds)
These culprits will be readily identified, and issued a good stern talking to.
TC you need to get down with the 'yoof' If tracey emin had done it, it would obviously be 'modern art'

James Anderton, the former Chief Constable of Greater Manchester once said, 'They should be beaten until they beg for mercy.' Dead right.

Shops closed, a market that has been removed, ridiculous multi cordons of traffic lights at Crown Point, Crown Point North. Labour's destruction of Denton began a long time ago.

In the latest national survey on the percentage of closed down shops on high streets, Denton came 9th and Droylsden 10th.
As you can't move for parking enforcement Nazis in places like Stalybridge the situation in Tameside is set to get even worse. Good job there isn't a massive economic slump on.

Some years ago Iworked at Haughton Green Library. Over one week-end it was subjected to an attempted arson attack.

We staff members had a good idea which scroat it was and were even more convinced it was him when he came in the library and "inspected the damage! (These scroats really are thick!) We reported our suspicions to management.

I left the job some time later. A few weeks after leaving I received a phone call from a former colleague. The arsonist had been emplyed as a security guard at the library.

You couldn't make it up!

ITEM NO: 10

REPORT TO: STANDARDS COMMITTEE

DATE: 31 August 2010
REPORT OF: Sandra Stewart - Borough Solicitor (Monitoring Officer)

SUBJECT MATTER: THE BRIBERY ACT 2OlO

REPORT SUMMARy: The Bribery Act 2010, which overhauls the country's outdated
anti-corruption laws, is set to come into force in April 2011. This
report sets out the current position and recommends that the
necessary steps is taken by
the Authority to ensure that it is
ready for implementation.
RECOMMENDATTON(S) Note the implications of the implementation o! the Act and
request that a further report be received from the council's Head
of Audit Counter Fraud Specialist as to the counci1's strategy to
implement the act including communicating with employees and
partners/contractors.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS: There are no significant financial issues arising from this Report.
{Authorised bY Borough
Treasurer)

LEGAL IMPLIGATIONS: Set out in the Report'
(Authorised by Borough
Solicitor)

Watch out for this created loophole
because there is no mention of the word LOYALTY,and therefore this bribery new legistlation is not legally applicable when you look at Freemasonary arrangement, why ???
Well a major part of the Masonic Oaths are directly related to Loyalty towards other Masons, therefore if you "arrange"
for another Freemason to benefit from receiving business, contracts, promotions without actually bribing that person with money, positions,or goods then you are not actually bribing that person.
You are simply abiding by your Masonic Oath to show overiding LOYALTY which is what Freemasonary is all about.
Talk about eyes in the back of your head,we need clauses to eradicate "Loyalty" as a reason to create benefits for others or
companies.which you are expected to abide by because you are a Mason

You will not find this point elsewhere.
All in a days work ?

The government is publishing a white paper this month that will allow voluntary groups and businesses to take charge of scools, hospitals and TOWN HALL SERVICES. The sooner the better in this rotten borough. Who knows we might even get some, shock horror, value for money.

This is something I know a lot about, and it involves Your Money paid to outside Companies which ended up down the pan, courtesy of the promoters
Tameside Council and the Higheays Agency/DfT
The dream of R.Oldham was the ByPass close to his home in Mottram, and after a few years of preperation work handed out to the Companies
shown in Part 2 who provided a mass of evidence costing £millions out of YOUR POCKETS was "created and offered as evidence"
This took approx 2 years in preparing for the Public Inquiry which followed and conducted over many months, 90% of which the time having to be halted
because the evidence provided was seriously flawed and not fit for purpose.
6 Times the Public Inquiry Inspector requested the Council and Highways Agency to return to their offices and make their evidence suited to a Public Inquiry
and each time the Consultants,Lawyers, and Scheme Proposers TMBC/HA went back to alter their evidence and kept returning to be found out each time
that their evidence was not credible, and fineally the Highways Agency and TMBC having been rumbled after having had numerous periods of time
to "get things right and sorted" pulled out of its planning proposals and the Public Inquiry was abandoned.because it had become a massive farce costing
YOU £millions which the Highyways Agency and TMBC had used, whilst at the same time trying to get a ByPass by any means and costs with
concocted evidence in an attempt to attain its objectives.
It was suggested the plans, promoted, and widely published in the "local media" were to safeguard 3 Villages in Longendale wheras
the real devious scheme was a NETA Route for HGV`s back and forward to numerous European Countries from the Humber Ports
down the M1.and crossing the Peak Park through the Longendale Valley a UK National Park in other words a M62 alternative major road.
So creating devious not fit for purpose, seriously flawed and concocted evidence was exposed and trying to dupe the public proved.
But it didnt end at the costs shown here,it continued behind the scenes on and on and on until the
Costs to You became over £20 Million for absolutely BLOODY NOWT,but hey it doesn`t matter folks because
it cost no-one else a penny, its was ALL YOUR MONEY down the drains.
See Part 2 for just some of the costs and note our friends Carillion feature, the very Company where our now Chief Executive became
a Director of 3 seperate Carillion organisations.
