New Charter Tenant Director has interesting past...Cold War Warrior

On 12 Oct 2015 we published a piece on New Charter which produced a number of replies from a gentleman...Steve Starlord....who claims that he had been barred from seeking election as a Tenant Director. We have no knowledge of the accuracy of these claims but we have no reason to doubt his word.

There are a number of tenant directors, including one Lez Barstow. We have no idea as to the fitness of Mr Barstow to be a Director. But there are questions raised by a BBC article in 2004. See Below and HERE

New Charter, The Council and their Police chums are loud in their threats against "anti-social elements" on New Charter estates. One wonders what their views are of a Cold War Warrior who keeps arms in his home?

Well I've been looking at the British unity website for abit now and I think that good things will start happening very soon, so it's a bit of hope, anyway hope your well pal and looking forward to seeing this site pic up again and how's Roy doing

Alf Garnett said...

Well let's hope Roy is at the end of his troubles, as he can't be a bad lad with him being apart of the BNP, I mean he was on the right side and he will always get respect for that from me

You should have been in the courtroom Alf. If they had tried to press the case then they would have been in the clink over Christmas. They thought they could bluff Roy into giving in. He's stronger than that.

Yes SerpentSlayer much appreciated support not been in touch lately health been bad.

Expose injustice and fabrication.

Alf Garnett said...

Three years on bail ? That's not right, sounds more like some kind of control order, that mate of mind had the same thing happen to him, he kept kicking in the wrong place so they put him in the nutty house for 10 years, he's not long got out, they all shit in the same pot these days so you have to box clever.

ALF I think the word is "Psychological warfare" it's been adjourned four times in that time.

Old Bailey said...

Wow! never heard anyone being on bail for that length of time before. Something not right there in my view.

It's almost like there is a network of people sworn to aid each other, infesting positions of power and corrupting the whole country isn't it?
Cant be that though, that would be absurd wouldn't it.

There's got to be some kind of infringement here of his human rights to keep him on bail for three years without any apparent reason for doing so.
Immigrants only have cry the word "Human Rights"

Monsters do exist said...

Oh SerpentSlayer don't say that word conspiracy or collusion.

To put it to bed so to speak everyone on this subject.
It's now in to the third year because they were taken by surprise when he called for trial by jury 27 months ago.
His defense was described by the Crown Prosecution Service in court as being "Defense by ambush".

The above information is not restricted from the public as I was present in the public gallery to obtain the information.

You could try suing them if you have any appetite to. The law does still technically apply to them, even if they think overwise

You are Lucky in one way Roy,you can be told to appear any where in the country when your in crown court, I had to go to Preston for 2 years for something that happen in Manchester

Alf Garnett said...

It it a floating trial Roy, if it is down as floating that may explain the long delay, it happens a lot in the crown as they deal with more serious cases first

A floating trial is when you have not been allocated a court room for your trial, so you just have to turn up time and time again, in the hope that a court room became available, this is normal for less serious matters, as arm robbers and the likes get priority with crown court, but the good news is most floating trials end up getting delt with in a side court in the way of a peace bond or something along them lines

Sorry ALF I've been allocated a court room for trial every time I go to Manchester.
I can assure you it's not a "Floating trial"

In that case Roy it should not have taken that long pal, their taking the piss

Roy K West said...

Alf when I go to Manchester Crown Court, I look up at the information screen and it says Roy Kevin West court room 7 for trial. Then, when it's about to go to trial it gets adjourned.
So there's always a court room allocated for me when I attend court.

Alf Garnett said...

I understand Roy and like I said their taking the piss.

Alf when I tell people that I will have been on unconditional bail for three years come the 6th November 2016 they don't believe me.
They don't want to allow me access to Justice and stand in front of a jury and give my side of the whole story.
