This is without the best UKIP leaflet I have seen in Tameside. It is well produced with a clear set of aims from the candidate. Good luck Adrienne!

Say no to the EU monster
said...
When you consider that the structure of the EU is an EXACT copy of the former USSR,and I DO mean EXACT COPY. The fact that it has the same views on censorship should come as no surprise.
Both systems had three tiers of government with only one of them being elected and that one having no power at all.The other two tiers being all powerful and free from any taint of democracy. If anyone can point to any REAL difference between the two systems i will be suitably awe struck at their ability to do what no one else has ever done!
'All the British people', they're very keen to stress this sort of thing to head off any accusations of racism etc. The truth is they want to stop or massively reduce immigration, in part because our national identity is being rapidly eroded. That identity is based on things such as tradition, heritage, customs, common values, culture, religion and RACE. Nothing wrong with that in my opinion but they should stop pretending to be in any meaningful way different from other nationalist parties.
"They are like the Conservatives but without the teeth."
Cast-Iron Dave has been in power a year now and I've seen little evidence of owt like teeth - just check the continuing scandal of publicly-funded political officers (i.e. trade union officials) full-time resident in so many town halls, which has seemingly only just been revealed to us little people. It's the sort of shit that should have been shut down on day one. And don't get me started on Europe and the assisted colonisation of the country.
Reimer - you need to grow up. Cameron has been in office 11 months and has pissed off almost every group in Britain in an attempt to get the country back on track (Nurses, Doctors, Town Halls, Family benefit, Army numbers etc etc). So just because he hasn't got around to your pet-hate (which I agree with you) you feel the need to support UKIP who have done precisely what since May? Nothing, because they've got no seats. It is easy for parties to sit on the sidelines making promises but once in Government it is rather more tricky (witness the Liberals!). Its dopes like you voting for the minor parties in Tameside that keep the Labour thugs in power, and all the associated dross that goes with that.

Thanks for that. I certainly don't look at local elections solely through the prism of national govt (effective, right-minded councillors are what's needed) but can't see Dave doing anything other than essentially economic-tweaking of NuLab's programme. The destination he envisages is much the same, albeit somewhat better spoken.

Yawn.
"We're different from the other parties"
Yawn.
Yes, you've got no seats!

Pukeinducing. I couldn't think of any reason to vote UKIP instead of Conservative. They are like the Conservatives but without the teeth.

Good luck to her but I agree with Concerned Bloke, voting UKIP is a wasted vote with the exception of voting for them in the European elections.
