Thanks for clearing that up. I think the BNP's principles on this one are admirable.

Now that is a truly shocking campaign launch!

Where are the activists? Where are the posters? Just some rambling nonsense about leaflets and blogs; totally useless.

And where on earth is there anything at all about the local area in question?

No wonder local BNP voters and members are drifting off to the Tories!

common sense said...

The Tories are the only party capable of ousting the Reds from this seat. The BNP will not stand in the way of a Conservative victory when they know they have no chance of winning themselves.

Clueso said...

Peter Rushton is publicising this blog on extreme left wing forums. Be prepared for lots of stupid posts from people who make Labour look moderate.

Alf Garnett said...

Its not BNP policy to help the touries ? So come no tameside BNP sort your heads out . and i would much much much rather have labour than that shower. your letting your BNP voters down . If your voter wanting the touries thay would vote for them or have you lost your fighting spirit ?

Roy West said...

The idea being, not to give any advantage to Labour by attacking the Tories in this one. There will be an election address leaflet from the BNP. And a black and white leaflet as well.

Dave said...

Aluman, you a are speaking without knowing the facts. The BNP are not allies of the Tories. The Thatcher government did enormous damage to this country by annihilating our industrial base. It was under the Major government that the bogus asylum seeker invasion begun. But compared to the crimes committed against this country by Labour the Tories are by far the lesser evil of the two.

On a local level we have a genuine Labour Mafia. You name it and they are involved in it; vote rigging, back hander’s from developers the lot. On the other hand the Tories are on the whole thoroughly decent people. They are not corrupt and they play by the rules.

The reason the BNP will not distribute that leaflet is because by doing so it would give Labour an unfair advantage in the by-election. If you knew the local Labour Mafia you would not be so keen to see them win another by-election.

This is one of the Tories' best chances to take a Labour seat in Tameside for some time. It's no coincidence that UKIP are only standing as a token presence and, for the first time in some years, the BNP have toned it down. Makes you wonder why they all hate Tameside Labour so much. I mean it's not as if they pursue dirty, underhand methods and use outside agitators is it.

Roy West said...

No it's not a fact, never tried to join the Conservative party. Voted for them once when I was 19. My only link to that party.

its on a plate for them now said...

Come on own up which thick Tory idiot produced the leaflet yesterday about the Tesco development, praising Labour for supporting the scheme and passing at the planning meeting.
Its a vote winner for them you stupid thick Tory idiot, all you need to do now is go out and deliver some BNP leaflets for them.

This is why I voted Tory said...

Well done Mr Osbourn many of the benefit claimants are able to work its just easier not to.
Good news for the tax payers and the people who want to work and have some pride.

And the BNP get into bed with crap like this

Anti Tory leaflet is being delivered in Longdendale, looks like someone's copied a load of them and is getting them out.

There is an interesting question being asked on another blog that has not received a reply, despite the question being posed to a regular contributor.

A Dukinfield resident has asked West if he has ever had a job in his adult life.

I guess their point is that he claims he want to work for them but what experience has he of working for anyone.

I thought it would have received a reply but apparently not.

James said...

Re: 'one of them told me'.Complete nonsense by the usual suspects. Tameside BNP is stronger and more united than ever and we are honoured to have such a high quality candidate for this by-election.

Tories will sort them out said...

The BNP are doing no work in Longdendale and their candidate is not very good just like their candidate in Dukinfield who wont answer the question on the other blog.
Most candidates give a little election address on leaflets with a little bit of info about themselves, you will not see any on BNP leaflets, nobody knows anything about them ,because they hide it a bit ashamed of their own life styles.
The BNP man in Dukinfield can work but wont work, why would he, he gets more money on benefits, lets hope the Tories carry out their threat to get them off the gravey train of benefits.

Truth Seeker, there's an interesting question being asked on this blog: Why are you so obsessed with one man's benefits when millions of foreign parasites are bleeding the country dry, totally unaffected and untargeted by the massive economic cutbacks? You can answer when your tongues out of John Taylor's arse.

Fair Pay Unit said...

Who wants to do a full 40 hour week for £185.
If that's the best modern capitalism can do, b******s to it.

Truth Seeker said...

the interesting thing is his lack of an answer. Everyone knows he cant usually hold his own water so it a bit of a surprise that he is silent.

You would think that someone who want to "work for the Dukinfield community would answer a residents questions.

I dont think the questioner is interested in West's current benefits claim but appears more interested in if West has ever worked for a living in his entire adult life.

Dad Longworth said...

So he's a bit of a scrounger, at least everyone knows it. There are people at the top of the tree in this Borough who come across as all concern for the disadvantaged and vulnerable etc but underneath are rotten to the core and two faced.

Roy West said...

Sorry truth seeker, don't answer questions from anonymous snakes like you!

The BNP aren't doing much AND they refused to deliver the anti-Tory leaflet. A little bird told me they believe a more or less straight fight, with minimum distraction, between the Tories and Labour gives the former a better chance. And that the BNP are only standing at all (they haven't stood here for five years) to counterbalance the votes UKIP will take off the Tories, as this is what enabled Labour to win in May. I am told Messrs Jones and West have worked this strategy out between them.

In response to Fair Pay Unit:

You are worth what the market requires. It really does amaze me how awkward and the mentality of some people. I asked a builder for a quote on some housework. He quoted me £2,500. Some Poles came over and did it for £800. The builder later asked if he got the job, I told him no and explained the cheaper price. He said he couldn't match that price as it wasn't worth it - yet he moaned he has been out of work for two years. We live in a market and price driven economy. There is a supply and demand for everything.

The introduction of a minimum wage by Labour has destroyed manufacturing in this country. We used to sell high quality electrical goods, which are now outsourced to Poland and China. This has resulted in job losses and billions of pounds lost for the economy.

Iain Duncan-Smith is about to lay the axe on work-shy scum who think they are better off on benefits. Why should working people have to bail you out on a weekly basis?

Truth Seeker said...

West - it wasn't me that posed the question. tbh I don't care, regardless of your employment history, I wouldn't vote for you as long as my arse points downwards.

It was one of your potential voters on Taylors blog. Ill pass on that you think they are a snake.

Fair Pay Unit said...

Cost Cutting Conservative, I've worked for the last 30 years.
In the last few years the mass importation of the wonderful Poles etc who work for peanuts has massively suppressed wages while the cost of living has skyrocketed. It is possible that the great God of market forces might not always be right. Many incomers live in conditions little better than slums and in lots of cases are planning to take their savings home in a few years where they will be worth massively more. British people have to try and live with mortgages etc and ever increasing outgoings on ever lower wages. If it continues like this it won't be worth working as honest fairly remunerated toil will have descended to something resembling slavery. Don't compare hard working British people who want a fair wage with scum parasites who lounge on the dole, as the same description could equally apply to many modern employers.
If you think China and Poland etc are so wonderful you should move there and live amongst those who would be grateful for your condescending exploitation.

Roy West said...

Truth Seeker, you would not know the truth if you fell over it! You are just another Taylor clone with a nasty, spiteful, agenda.
Seen alot of snakes like your kind, hiding in the shadows of anonymous comments on blogs.

Cost cutting conservative your polish builder will be living 4 to a room with no mortage, no kids, and no family responsibilities like your English eqiverlant, so all you are is a traiter to your own race, and i hope the work you had done collapses around your ears, or better still falls on your head and knocks a bit of sense into you.

P.S Probably another British family you helping put on the streets.

I suspect that Cost-Cutting Conservative is the same wag who was behind the now-vanished poster Strength Through Diversity: the reduction of all humanly liveable life to the dogma of hard-left or hard-right ideology to the point of parody is very familiar.

The BNP and Labour are both left wing parties. Why don't you understand that? Are you all stupid?

Britain First said...

That's right, but they're internationalists (just like every other Party) and we're nationalists.

Reimer said...

Thanks to Britain First for underlining a crucial distinction that the daily mutter-line that passes for political discourse aims to obscure.

Conservative said...

Nationalism involves a strong identification of a group of individuals with a political entity defined in national terms, i.e. a nation. Often, it is the belief that an ethnic group has a right to statehood,[1] or that citizenship in a state should be limited to one ethnic group, or that multinationality in a single state should necessarily comprise the right to express and exercise national identity even by minorities.[2]

It can also include the belief that the state is of primary importance, or the belief that one state is naturally superior to all other states.[3][4] It is also used to describe a movement to establish or protect a homeland (usually an autonomous state) for an ethnic group. In some cases the identification of a national culture is combined with a negative view of other races or cultures.[5]

Conversely, nationalism might also be portrayed as collective identities towards imagined communities which are not naturally expressed in language, race or religion but rather socially constructed by the very individuals that belong to a given nation.[6] Nationalism is sometimes reactionary, calling for a return to a national past, and sometimes for the expulsion of foreigners. Other forms of nationalism are revolutionary, calling for the establishment of an independent state as a homeland for an ethnic underclass.

Nationalism emphasizes collective identity - a 'people' must be autonomous, united, and express a single national culture.[7] However, some nationalists stress individualism as an important part of their own national identity.[8]

National flags, national anthems, and other symbols of national identity are often considered sacred, as if they were religious rather than political symbols. Deep emotions are aroused.[9][10][11][12] Gellner and Breuilly, in Nations and Nationalism, contrast nationalism and patriotism. "If the nobler word 'patriotism' then replaced 'civic/Western nationalism', nationalism as a phenomenon had ceased to exist."
