Apparently these rogue Grinch's were disguised as police officers and were patrolling Denton armed with shovels. When they found snowmen on the street they pulverised them. The chap on top survived, sadly the one below was not so lucky.
Perhaps "they" thought that they might be Al-Qaedar, about to shoot down a Police Helicopter with a Laser Pen........or maybe they looked like Brazilian electricians
