More snow for Tameside

I took these pictures this afternoon - good job I did not need warning that the A628 or A57 may have been impassable due to snow. I think the councillors responsible for this area should petition to get the hideous eyesore of the broken snow warning sign replaced. It has been in this sorry state for at least two years.

note the total lack of grit
Prize for the first picture of a gritter gritting in dukinfield. They are working "night and day" so it should be easy...someone is telling porkys

This picture was taken just yards away from the Great Leaders residence. So it proves even the great amongst us do not get grit.

do the blue speed cameras around Tameside work, do they even have anything in them

The blue speed cameras do flash and as I understand they store speeding motorists details on a disc drive but they are not calibrated so you cannot be prosecuted as a result of being flashed by one of the blighters.

There was a motorist jailed back in 2006 for destroying one of these cameras after he wrongly believed he had been caught speeding.
