A paedophile royal butler who took one of his victims for tea with the Queen has failed to get his indefinite jail sentence overturned. Paul Kidd, 56, of Stalybridge, argued that an indeterminate order of imprisonment for public protection (IPP) was "wrong" and "excessive". But the Court of Appeal rejected his challenge, saying that he had carried out serious sexual assaults. Kidd was senior footman to the Queen Mother between 1979 and 1984. The former butler was jailed at Manchester's Minshull Street Crown Court in December after pleading guilty to charges including indecent assault and sexual activity with a child. Kidd's offences were committed between 1974 and 1977, 1981 and 1983 - when he was in the employ of the Queen Mother - and 2005 to 2008. BBC News

Re paedophiles, the French Culture Minister, Frederic Mitterrand is under pressure to resign after admitting in his autobitography he used to go to Thailand to pay for sex with young boys.
This is the same man who a few weeks ago, along with many other members of France's ruling elite, strongly objected to the extradition of filmmaker Roman Polanski to America for drugging and sodomising a 13 year old girl in 1977.
The supposed 'reason' for stopping the extradition was Polanski's artistic reputation, (which presumably means, if in some people's opinion you're talented you should be let off any crime you've committed, an utterly insane and dangerous argument). The real reason we now know is one paedophile, or paedophiles, looking after another. There is a culture of this kind of 'disguised' vile degeneracy creeping into western culture with official and semi-official groups trying to sexualise young children This is said to be for the children's own good, 'education' and 'development'.
I would say any group or individual who takes an interest or action in promoting the sexualisation of small children in any way, should be viewed with extreme suspicion. There are such self-appointed groups operating in Tameside.
Once you accept homosexuality is 'normal' it becomes impossible to know where to draw the line on behavioural standards, the door to degeneracy is opened a bit more and creatures like Mr Kidd can get out and operate more easily.
There are several million people in Britain alone who should be exterminated and Mr Kidd is just one.
i am always amazed how they prove these cases. you read how people were abused years ago ,the victims come forward and thats that prison is it that they admit to it or can anybody say they have been sexually molested 10 years ago and send someone to prison just because they dont like them will someone please enlighten me how its proved thanks in advance
Kidd didn't appeal against his guilt he appealed against a six year minimum sentence for the systematic, pre-planned, long term brutalising of many children. This is because he's not sorry and sits in his comfy, centrally heated prison cell relishing his sick, depraved memories. The only time animals like this are truly sorry is when the noose goes round their neck and they stand there waiting for the trapdoors to open.
No mention he was a UKIP candidate in Tameside yet the BNP are constantly smeared over a 'gang rapist' from Oldham who was nothing to do with their party - not even a member.
That's because UKIP are no threat to the establishment so the media lapdogs leave them alone.
