Roy West & family face eviction

This is shocking, truly and unbelievably shocking. We know how it has already been proven that New Charter and the Tameside Labour Party have an extraordinarily cosy relationship, well this latest news that Roy West and his family face eviction following a minor neighbour dispute just confirms my worst fears and I now am convinced that a Tameside Labour mafia, a mafia working very close with the authorities, really does exist. There are so many things wrong about Roy West’s treatment, firstly at the hands of the police who I believe pursued a vindictive politically motivated prosecution against him and now this latest outrage. Is this not Stalinism in its most obvious form in so much as not only does Roy West have to suffer but his family have to suffer as well? Also, note the comments of New Charter apparatchik Paul Wilson who takes a dim view of Roy West’s internet activities and unbelievably Mr West’s remarks which he believes “undermine the credibility of the Judicial system”, seriously - who the hell does he think he is Judge Jeffreys?

We are onto this already.

The first letter is from DANIEL OLIVER MCLOUGHIN of Cedar Close Glossop who is company secretary of several New Charter Companies.

We have already obtained various documents from companies house and will be contacting senior officials directly.

Whilst I feel desperately sorry for his family New charter do have a duty to remove problem tenants. Roy has had numerous problems with neighbours both in Hyde and Dukinfield, ask yourself if you would like him as a next door neighbour.
I do not see the reason for posting Daniel McLoughins address. One other thought is if the BNPs voluntary repatriation scheme failed then they would move to forced repatriation. How is this any different?
For the avoidance of doubt I voted yes.

Mr West, as you are aware this is an incredibly important development in your fight for political representation. After reading your court documents, reading your neighbour’s handwritten letter to the police to try and stop your unjust prosecution and reading your eviction notice in relation to the event I am convinced you are being persecuted for your political views. As you are aware this blog is again un-moderated, if you wish it to remain so, please keep your postings relevant to the topic in question and do not spam the blog with Youtube videos and the like. There is a general interest story here and if you stay focussed and on topic you will get your point over to all manner of different people.

Tony DJ is justified in exposing the transparent and obvious links between New Charter and Labour and the relevance of this relationship to the treatment of Roy West and his family.

New Labour. New Nazis.

This act of pure political evil comes from a regime that is corrupt in every possible way and can stand no opposition. Roy West's real 'crime' was to threaten the status quo of the local pigs with their snouts in the trough.
As for ukip, you've lost the plot since your catastrophic failure in Hyde Newton. Your pretend impartiality and fake 'sorrow' for his family are as false as they are nauseating.

Anonymous said...

Can anyone give a convincing reason why they think this act of pure fascism isn't political. 44 years of law abiding behaviour, one conviction for an argument over a garden fence resulting in a fine for what was a politically motivated prosecution. With no previous warnings and no neighbour complaints New Labour sorry, Charter want Mr West out.
You figure it out as YOU could be next.

Roy, even if we have to dig tank taps, sink a moat and barricade the doors and windows - they will not remove you from your castle if you decide to stay and fight. We will bring so much negative publicity upon these creatures that they will regret the day they ever enlisted themselves into Nu Labours army of division and repression.

Anonymous said...

Roy, you failed to fight in court. I know you won't repeat that mistake.

UKIP wants her out end of story

The Labourtiser fascists might be signing on before they get the chance to put a 'positive' spin on this disgraceful politically motivated attempted eviction.

Why dont you take some responsibilty for your own actions.

You West have brought this on yourself and your partner. We all know, and you openly admit this is not an isolated incident.

An honerable man would absent himself and not put his vulnerable partner through it.

If New Charter removed ALL problem tenants then there would be a lot more homes up for rent

Anonymous said...

Does that include all the rapists and muggers in their properties?

Anonymous said...

I hope so....
The flats off King street will be empty

Roy West has had no complaints made about him to New Charter and has received no warnings from New Charter about any previous breaches of tenancy-because there haven't been any. Then this is dropped on him out of the blue.
Some of his previous comments on this site may have been ill judged but they have absolutely nothing to do with New Charter. Tameside's politics are starting to stink.
As for ukip's comments, they are beneath contempt.

The objective is to move Roy West out of Dukinfield and Tameside if possible. Labour councillors don't like the way his vote kept increasing.

Keir Hardy said...

Its a long time overdue for him although not for her.

It was a considerably nicer place to live before he arrived

AND THERE'S MORE

1) EX-Oldham Labour cllr for werneth Abdul Quayum director New Charter Housing Trust

2)Cllr Vincent Ricci, also New Charter Housing Trust director

3) Also Aslam Khan

Aslam Khan is chair man of AKSA a part of the New Charter Housing Group.

It describes itself as a "Specialist Black and Minority ethnic2 Housing association (ie "Whitey need not apply")

The proposed eviction of Roy West and his Partner, is no more than a political Witch Hunt. Dispicable Labour Councillors being in the forefront of this Witch Hunt. Roy Wests only fault, is his over enthusiasm and bad representation in court. I sincerely hope, Roy and his Partner come out of this heads held high, and the real antagonists ie Labour Councillors get their come-uppance.

I wonder if Mr West knew the details on the tenancy agreement his partner would have signed with New Charter.
Mr West must stop hiding behind his partner he caused this problem, he caused the problems at his last address he was the one who pleaded guilty to a serious offence, and he is the one still making comments about his neighbours on this blog.
The tenancy rules apply to all not just Mr West, and we have seen over a long period this landlord applying the rules to those who break them.
What Mr West now needs is good legal advice and not tap room lawyers on this blog getting him into even more trouble.

Glenmore resident because I'm in the BNP and you don't like it?

Anonymous said...

It is not only New Charter who is guilty of collaboration with Zanu Labour, far more worryingly, so are GMP. The woolly liberals and so called libertarians will be happy about this Labour/GMP pact because after all - it is only the BNP who are the focus of their plans, which is true - for now! Wait until the spotlight turns on them - then they will realise what it is like to live under a NWO dictatorship.

HELP, 'a serious offence', having a barney with your neighbours with 40 years of previous good character. The judicial system in Britain is now dominated by chronic leniency and political correctness. Criminals with decades of offending are now regularly being 'cautioned' or fined for REAL serious offences such as robbery, burglary and theft. Been caught shoplifting 60 or 70 times? Your 'punishment'? a £50 fine. Criminals are laughing at the system because it is a sick joke. Meanwhile our politicized Police force has got limitless time to spend on the 'right type' of prosecutions.
Roy West has behaved like a bit of a prat but he hasn't stolen, he hasn't burgled, robbed or attacked anyone like many other New Charter residents yet HE'S the one being threatened with eviction. Are you seriously saying this isn't political? Don't be so damned naive. In my view anyone who still votes Labour is voting for the destruction of anything good this country has ever stood for.

Anyone naive enough to believe the Police haven't been politicized should check out the Labour/GMP link above. Britain needs a new Government.

I am no fan of Roy West or the BNP but I believe New Charter and my party collegues are making a mistake here.

tonydj said...

One David Rigby of New Charter has given a story to "24dash,com" about the eviction, using information not in the public domain, hmmmm data protection anybody??

He also quotes chief executive of New Charter Ian Munro.

Ian Hamilton Munro lives in Warwick Drive, Hale, Altrincham, deep in the rural idyll of Cheshire.

Hmmmm, so much for "Tameside Jobs for Tameside people"

They want West out because whatever his mistakes and flaws he represents Labour's/Marxism's Nemesis - Opposition. He stole seven hundred and odd of THEIR votes.

Anonymous said...

Never was a truer word spoken. Nice one Mr Vondenunger (if that IS your name).

We have established that West is insane, but insanity is no excuse for intolerance or xenophobia. Civilized society should not and will not tolerate racists and spreaders of disunity in the community. West must go West must go, West must go.

MR.West I'm not against you i was one of the 700 people that voted for you. I agree that you must stay focussed . Please do not post anymore comments about your partners illness, these details will be used by the people helping you in this very important case in the fullness of time. By targetting your vulnerable partner in such a ruthless manner, new charter have put themselves in a very dangerous position. It is not important to go into details about your partners on going health problems on this blog MR West. MR West.I would like to advise you to stay clear of provocation on this blog. The cards that you hold in relation to your partners illness are vital to this case and they know that. The days of Rachmanism are over in this country this is 2009. So MR.West leave the details of your partners illness to the professionals in their field, to explain your partners case to the court.

TC do this man a favour remove his postings bring back moderation and don't allow anymore from him about his problem, he needs all the help he can get.
Does he not think this landlords got a legal section that will have looked at the risks involved and taken some sound advice about the eviction.
Mr West you are in a very big hole and you are still digging please stop and think about your wife and children, when you are gone these people above will still be here posting but it will be about someone else you will be history.

Anonymous said...

We have it on good authority that Mr West caused most of the problems in Hyde and was moved to give everyone a rest including himself,it was only a matter of time before he started the same antics in Dukinfield.
He will do the same when he moves from Dukinfield in his new address,I feel sorry for his new neighbours who ever they are,boy are they in for shock.

Anonymous said...

Say no to intolerance, you're not very tolerant of people who don't share your views are you.

Anonymous said...

Anonymous, you're right, having one conviction for a minor offence is nothing to do with New Charter, unless of course, in all their thousands of properties NO-ONE has any criminal convictions. Any fair minded Brit would admit this attempted eviction is politically motivated.

Anonymous said...

Haing seen some of this man's previous mass postings on this site I think he's being extremely sensible and moderate.

Keir Hardy said...

When does he go? It did not take long to get the petition together so we are hoping it wont take long to get him out.

The eviction of Roy is political because he has exposed the labour party as crooks, and they operate out of self interest and not the peoples , he will win the next election and they know it!!!

We miss you on radio Roy, try Pete Price show Sunday night, is best 10 till 2 on Liverpool Radio City.
All the very best to you and your family you have our respect.

The persecution of roy west has nothing to do with his bogus criminal conviction. It is to do with his political activity.

This blog has already shown the intimate link between the Labour Party and the New Charter organisation in Tameside.

He is being made an example of.

Very well then, if those are the rules I will play by them. Be prepared to be made an example of!

I am a paticent man and can wait for my revenge to come about. (cf "Revenge is a dish best savered cold" Sicilian proverb)

Perhaps I should publish some of my archives......like who were the two female councillors whose brawl which started in "The Bob Inn" spread to the Town Hall STEPS?

Or mention the bank robbing ex-Labour councillor?

Or remind people of the ex-Tameside Labour Councillor trying to make a comeback despite being prosecuted for expenses fiddling?

Dear Roy,
In any court you could prove your wife's distressing health problems and how she is dependant on your help and her health is being worsened by the threat of eviction, which is being exploited/harrasement by the numerous Labour Councillors who are involved with your housing trust.

The clear threat that your vote has increased every year and there is a strong possibility of you ousting the present Labour Cllr. It would appear that there is colusion with the other Labour Councillors.

It is clear that you and your family are being victimised and put under enormous stress. You are in fear of your wife health and safety. You may not have heard of this legal move that I am going to tell you about. Go to a Magistrates court as soon as possible and apply for what is known as a Magistrates Warrant on the grounds already stated. This does with away with any involvemt with solicitors. The Magistrates Warrant will be issued immediately. You know who the culprits are, have a warrant served on each one of them personally by your own hand. This will give them a week or two to attend court where they can be confronted and be forced to defend their actions.

Remember Roy attack is the best form of defence.

Dear anon, thanks for your sincere advice however there is a possible problem with your suggestion. Not only is New Charter infested with Labourites, Tameside court is also suffering an infestation. Two of the three Dukinfield ward (Roy West's ward) councillors are serving Magistrates at Roy's local court.

Advice please?

We need to organise noisy but peaceful protests at the homes of the Labour enforcers employed by New Charter who are attempting to evict Roy west and his family. We should bring placards, drums and whistles to draw attention to our protest and then distribute a few thousand leaflets around the surrounding neighbourhood to let the good people of the wealthy Cheshire suburbs and where ever else they live know that their supposed charitable neighbours are in fact nothing more than vindictive politicised enforcers who persecute vulnerable people on behalf corrupt politicians.
