Labour will find it very difficult to smear Ros Gauci. I have been canvassing in Newton and found widespread support for her.

Nigel Byrne

What a crap calling card! It has nothing promoting the candidate and looks as if it is on cheap paper. I don't have figures to hand, but the Labour vote went down by roughly 11% in May '08. No wonder with this campaign team. We know you have had to drag in outside help - you are seriously worried.

So this was found in the gutter? So Labour are littering the streets with propaganda? Pitty a Tameside Patroller didn't catch them out... He could of handed them a fine!

Anonymous said...

Yes I found it today in the street and sent it to a number of blogs.

John Taylor and Kieran Quinn have both been banned from taking part in the Newton by-election. Taylor is considered too thick by most Labour members. Quinn isn't any brighter and those cross eyes make him look like a freak.

See you have taken the bait from the Labour and Tory bloggers.

Anti social behaviour - TICK
Crime and disorder - TICK

I DO NOT want the Labour party to store my information - TICK

My problem/comment is:

Tell Joe Kitchen and his thug stepsons to get the fuck out of Tameside. They do more harm than good.

This is my new leaflet for two weeks time.

Dear Resident of Dukinfield
For the last two local elections in Dukinfield I have been your BNP candidate.
You may have received a number of smear leaflets about me in recent weeks, these leaflets are being delivered by the Labour/Searchlight coalition in Dukinfield. ( Searchlight an extreme left-wing Group)

I stood for the British National Party in Dukinfield because of the failure of Labour to represent all sections of our community.
For 16 months the CPS (Crown Prosecution Service) and the police tried to fit me up relying solely on the evidence of a thug that mugged a man in the Town. This thug was also convicted twice for violence against my family.
You should be aware that the Labour party and the police working together are intimidating your BNP candidate. In a recent situation involving the police, the police sent three of their officers to my house just to take photos of flags in my back garden and in my living room. They also took a photo of my computer because it had the BNP website up. More information will be made available to the people of Dukinfield about the local Labour party working with extreme groups from outside the area in the coming months.
There is no question that the local Labour party are working with extreme violent left-wing groups in their aim to stop the progress of the "Representation not hate.' campaign in Dukinfield.
It is important to look at the recent actions of the police and their corporation with the local Labour party to intimidate my campaign.
It has also come to light that the police have been asking people in Dukinfield to take down elections posters from their windows in recent elections.
There is no doubt that a leading Labour councillor in Dukinfield is working with extreme violent left-wing groups with the motivation of putting an end to free speech and my political campaign.

Send your support for Representation Not Hate Campaign to PO BOX 171, ASHTON-UNDER-LYNE, TAMESIDE, 0L7 9WS.

Did you see the Labour team out this morning met at Fleet street about 20 0f them, then moved off in all directions, I understand they have a huge campaign event for this Saturday planned.
When will we see the large Italian lady on the streets.

History and politics teacher Ben Williams admitted that he put phrases such as “kid XXX” and “Lolita” into school computers, in October, 2006.

The ex-Labour councillor told jurors he had only continued to put the terms into his own computer during 2007 to “compile a case” to prove his innocence at a Department of Education interview.

It's time to save England it's time to vote BNP.

Anonymous said...

Vote British National Party, while Britain still exists.

Nigel Byrne made it clear he would not be helping out in Newton,Anthony Jones made even clearer that he does not want Nigel anywhere near Newton during the election.
The candidate is to keep a low profile if the voters get wind of the split and in fighting.
Trust me they will get wind of it very soon.

BNP leafleter spotted in Hyde this afternoon, just one, all on his own, he looked very lonely - still no sign of Mrs Mussolini though.

Byrne has been seen many times in newton cavassing for the bnp. there doesnt appear to be any split.

Labour will win this.

Council disregard objections of 3,000 residents to traveller site as 'they are racist'

Residents objected to plans for a traveller site (left) near their homes

When residents were asked to provide feedback on council plans to build traveller camps on their doorstep they dutifully responded.

More than 3,000 homeowners filled in forms outlining their views, many raising concerns over a possible increase in noise, traffic, rubbish and a detrimental effect on property prices.

However, such objections were not appreciated by Mid-Bedfordshire District Council, which partially or fully rejected nearly nine in ten of the replies for including comments 'of a racist nature'.

Weeks after asking for residents' views earlier this year, the council posted an article on its website entitled 'Racist Comments Not Welcome'.

Did you see the mob Labour had out today about 50 of them met at the Bay Horse pub around 12pm.
I have been working on elections for over 25 years and have never ever seen this many people out even in a general election.
I must admit I was envious wish we could get our members our in big numbers, we could canvass the ward in 2 days if I had a hat I would take it off to them.

Anonymous said...

That is total crap Wag and you know it.

Taylor lies as naturally as he breathes.

Anonymous said...

Is Wag the little guy with a chip on his shoulder? It's funny how little blokes always seem to have the proverbial chip on their shoulder. Why can't they just accept themselves for what they are? Bless him.

Anonymous said...

Just finished the entire ward, a big thanks for all who helped - especially our new friends. We couldn't have asked for a better response. The Fascist threat has been eliminated in one single day, victory is assured - keep the red flag flying high over Newton.

Anonymous said...

Correction to one of the above post,we did have 62 people out today in total every ward in Tameside sent members plus we had many who are not Labour members who wanted to help.
We had thirteen youth members out it is the biggest and best turn out we have ever had our opposition did see us today and they can verify the huge turnout, we don't expect the same on Sunday but we will have a good turn out.
Next week we have several new initiatives for the campaign so see you Sunday and all next week.

More information will be made available with Taylor working with violent left-wing groups in the area. He's doing it in Duki, and using the same group in the Newton election.

Anonymous said...

What the BNP have succeeded in doing over the last two years is clear, the violent left-wing groups that have been invited into the area by John Taylor will grow into a dangerous menace. Violent left-wing groups that will fire bomb opponents homes in the area.

You forgot to mention that James Purnell was out with them today

Anonymous said...

Byrne has been seen many times in newton cavassing for the bnp. there doesnt appear to be any split.

Anonymous said...

Does James Purnell know where Newton is?

Anonymous said...

saw the tories out today and not many of them, although we did manage to catch john bell out for a change.perhaps he feels the need to catch up. no sighn of liam either. he gone for good

Anonymous said...

We could only manage to get 35 party workers out today but we did a lot of work again, great returns from the canvass again and two new members have been signed up.
What we are finding is people are impressed with the way Labour have been dealing with the so called credit crunch putting people fist.

ONJ, you're obviously 'Labour 'til you die', which is appropriate as your brain's been dead for several years.

Keir Hardy said...

If ONJ is "labour till I die", he never had a brain. He spent hours reading, shame not as much time was spent understanding.

And John Bell is, as always, doing an excellent job, watch this space. With the BNP squeezing the white trash vote we may well come through, we have before in Newton. And, dont make much out of not seeing LB, you wont.

Anonymous said...

Hey ConservativeValues or Richard Ashton... What did you do before becomming Hells Bell's political assistant? I hear you were a bus driver and a PCSO.

In the ConHome article you state:

"Indeed, I was appointed to my role at Tameside Council with no previous political experience. Greater importance was placed on my research skills and my first-rate local knowledge rather than political experience."

And how in previous jobs have you had to apply research? Getting lost on a bus route and flicking through the A to Z doesn't count.

I have had to make a response from here as the article on RA has oddly got comment moderation on that article.

Great post the above

Nice to see Mr. Mintoff is still able to cause mischief. And so am I - I salute Gonzi & Gatt, Malta's finest.

Anonymous said...

Conservative Values, are you suggesting working class folk should only vote BNP or Labour? Are you suggesting that working class folk shouldn't associate themselves with the Conservatives? I sincerely hope you aren't, as there are some very good and very able Tory Councillors who come from solidly working class backgrounds. "White Trash Vote", as an ordinary working man and lifelong Tory supporter, I am deeply offended by your comments. I suggest you apoolgise for your misdemeanour immediately and withdraw your crass and insensitive comments as soon as possible.

Anonymous said...

Quite rich coming from a bus driver isn't it?

I notice no apology or action from Conservative Values on my challenge to him to apologise for his slight on working class voters.

If that's your attitude, would you kindly confirm whether this narrow-minded and bigoted view of working class (potentially Tory voting) folk the REAL policy of the local Tories?

If it is, I think your elected members ought to admit your comments to be their true thoughts, or if they aren't, they must publicly disown both yourself and your protestations.

Keir Hardy said...

You do rather get yourself excited dont you. First you attempt to put words in my mouth, then you whinge that I dont respond to your sillyness and finally you require others to condemn me for your words. If you can read, and understand what you read, you will see that I didnt say that the working class were white trash, you did. im very clear who i consider white trash.

And, for the record. There is nothing wrong with driving a bus for a living, not that I ever have. ;-)
