Tameside trade union shop steward on BNP list?

A soldier, lecturer, retired policeman, trade unionist and teacher have been unmasked as members of the far-right British National Party in Greater Manchester. Their names, addresses and personal details were contained in a leaked list of more than 12,000 BNP members published online. Membership of the BNP is banned by the police, and trade unions have been pushing the government to allow them to expel members with connections to the party. The list is believed to include an active serviceman and retired police officer, both from the Wigan area, a trade union shop steward from Tameside, a higher education tutor from Bolton and a teacher from Warrington. Others include a company director from Stockport, an optician from the Bury area, a former boxer from Cheshire and a former senior housing organisation official from Tameside. The BNP said the published list was based on its 2007 membership list although a number of names of people who were not, or are not, party members had allegedly been added.
The Asian News

The more that is revealed about the leaked BNP membership list the more baffling the whole BNP situation becomes. For many years the public has been fed a constant diet of BNP exposé’s featuring knuckle dragging boneheads, psychopaths and assorted misfits; however the reality of the situation appears to be the exact opposite. Either the BNP are the victims of the biggest orchestrated smear campaign in history or that list has been altered and added to in so many ways that it is not actually reflective of the BNP membership. I really find it hard to believe a local union shop steward is a BNP member when it is widely accepted that modern trades unions have been infiltrated and taken over by extreme Communists. Something does not add up here and I think the viting public will realise this too! Tameside Citizen

The BNP have socialist policies.

Strange thing, I have seen the list and Stuart Janaway, the GMP copper sacked for being a BNP member is not on it!

So you're damned if you are on it and damned if you are not.

I see the article is from "The Asian News". perhaps they might be interested in another list.

it is a list of Places registered for Public Worship in Tameside. Being registered means you are exempt from some or all of your council tax or busness rates.

One Mosque is missing.

The General Registry office says they de-registered in May.

Are the council going to check whether they are liable for tax?

Lists are interesting things, as long as you remember that you are not the only one with them

Ex shop steward on the list just thought I would update you.

Tameside BNP had a shop steward among its membership last year. The article in the Asian news is accurate. Happy to clarify.

Shop Steward... Told you the BNP are socialists.

Serious threats of violence against BNP members on the list. This could end up very messy.

I can confirm that numerous names on the list have absolutely no connection with the British National Party. The Party will verify on a case by case basis if a name has mischievously been added to the list.

On a positive note, the publicity gained by the British National Party in recent days has been tremendous. The British people do not like witch hunts and it is evident to all that the BNP and our members have been victims of the biggest witch hunt in years. As a result, in the last 24 hours six new members have joined Stockport BNP with a similar number joining in Manchester, Tameside has been dealing with a number of new enquiries but no new members yet.

In fact the truth is members have left the BNP due to the leak of names they can no longer trust their details are safe with them

The deranged Hazel Blears - the epitome of all that is wrong with Labour speaks. We were telling them this ten years ago but they would not listen. Good on the BNP, you are the only people capable of highlighting the abandonment of the white working class. Keep it up and give the traitors who have hijacked my party nightmares.

So the BNP really are the victims after all. My god I have been naive in pre-judging these people. I guarantee that at the next elections I will break with twenty two years of tradition and vote for what is essentially the only truly honest political party in this country.

I am furious that I have been lied to by news sources I placed trust in and feel highly embarrassed that in April this year I was rude to a BNP lady who had just posted a leaflet through my front door. If you are reading this love I sincerely regret my actions and you are guaranteed a different response if you ever leaflet my house again.

BNP = thugs, thicko’s and dropouts, they wish! BNP = scientists, academics and brave warriors.

Surge in number of children at risk

It is really distressing to see so many children in Manchester alone suffering with incompetent services and workers getting well paid not doing there jobs properly who seem to be allowed to go unpunished time after time. After many years of watching my family been torn apart with abuse, gun crime and assaults it wasn't until the school stepped in that the relevant Authorities listened,by then it was little to late and they still didn't admit they're wrong doings even when my MP asked for answers they would take months to reply to him.School teachers who see kids on a daily basis for over 7 hours a day and actually know the child are far more capable of helping than a social worker who spends half an hour a month if that and is then put on another case if a mistake has been made to cover things up is just not good enough. If i have been looking for answers and justice for ten years i shudder to think how many others are out there in the same situation who have lost faith in the Social Services,Police and other associated organisations.

Labour Councillor (Northampton/Northamptonshire), and former School Governor, Alec Dyer-Atkins – Convicted and jailed for 2 years in 2003 for downloading more than 42,000 pictures and films described in court as “Horrifying images of child abuse”. Dyer-Atkins was a member of an international paedophile ring called `The Shadows Brotherhood` which was successfully penetrated following stirling work by Britain's National Hi-Tech Crime Unit (NHTCU). Commenting on the conviction of the depraved Labour Party beast, NHTCU Deputy Head, Mick Deats said: “This man had some of the worst images on his computers that officers from this unit have ever viewed”.

Can anyone throw any light onto possible connections between car campaigners i.e. any transport improvements and the Tameside BNP? Names, pack drill etc
