I am told that the image of Roy West and his companions taken outside Tameside magistrates was taken by the Tameside Advertiser's man on the scene. The image was captured using a nice Nikon DSLR camera and it is a perfect image. If it is true that this image has not been published in the Advertiser or elsewhere, it is curious how Cllr Taylor has acquired it for his blog. Did I hear someone mention collusion between the Advertiser and Labour?

Derbyshire's clearly a dipshit - you can buy prints, but publishing them is another matter, so it looks like copyright is broken (speaking as a serial abuser of that offence).

We have now defeated the bnp in Dukinfield their support is reducing our canvass tells us its because of the death threats and the local candidate making a fool of himself any credibility he had is now gone,we will not relax though our campaign on the streets and at the doorsteps will continue.
