A brief video showing Roy West being photographed outside Tameside Magistrates Court. Mr West looked smartly dressed and appeared calm and composed. Mr West pleaded NOT GUILTY to the charge levelled against him and promised to fight ‘tooth and nail’ to clear his name.

I do however feel this is a politicaly motivated prosecution, and I hope it is thrown out.
Well this has to be the case because the complainant i understand wanted to take no further action but the Police and the CPS have their own agenda on this one. It stands out a mile.
This matter was settled through Anglo-Saxon diplomacy, but now the police and the CPS want to drag two families through the courts. We hear that the two families involved have to suffer because the Police and the CPS have their own political agenda on this matter.
I have just tried to watch the above video and it will not work for me either. The whole library of Dukinfield Matters videos have been taken down from YouTube.

Good point TC....Why should you expect a knock on the door? From my experience of these Tameside bufoons it's your next door neighbour who will get the knock!...or someone who looks like you....or the remains of Stefan Kysko.
