The 'Equality and Diversity Centre' is just an ethnic gravy train. The title is a misnomer because the people involved, like most of those involved in the race industry, believe in discrimination against better qualified white men to make way for Blacks and Asians. They talk about "equality", but they don't believe a word of it.
By equality, presumably, they mean equality of opportunity, but I agree, this doesn't fit easily with their current attitude to white men in the jobs market.
