The sad state of St George’s forgotten graves

These photos were recently taken in the graveyard of St George’s church in Hyde. The state of the cemetery is beyond belief. Surely something could be done to bring a bit of dignity back to the final resting place of so many.

Its more than sad because if you happen to witness dickheads vandalising the place, then you call up the police they then take a week to take a statement from you, then you spend the next six months going back and from court.
I've done all this with 14 seperate cases of vandalism and assault.

If you want to complain about vandals in the grave yard, under age drinkers on the streets, yobs causing fear in your community, then you must be prepared for the long drawn out process of the police, council and the courts.

Only in this Nation would we put up with this shit.

So, there is £4.6 million for a new mosque in Ashton, but no public money to repair the damage done in this graveyard.
