Alexander O’ Neil to perform in Hyde

This should be a great event – Alexander O'Neal is a class act. He reminds me very much of the late great Luther Van Dross . The ‘Proms in Hyde Park’ on Saturday 26th July should also be good – especially for the patriots amongst us! I have to give credit where credit is due to Tameside Council for organising this event. Had this been organised by the lunatics running Manchester City Council the line up have been more like the criminal So Solid Crew followed by DJ Rang with his Bhangra Mix2.

After the patriotic proms, Tameside MBC has to balance things out with a black performer.Get it?

Sorry MCW it has nothing to do with colour or race. Tameside is more or less free from the cancer of PC that infests rotten councils such as Manchester.

If it had been left to some councillors topping the bill would have been Sticky Vicky.

"Entrance free"?

So it's not costing the taxpayer a penny, then?

Mr Saturday night,
That is the burning question - who's paying for the concert? Alexander O'Neil certainly will not be performing for free.

Answers on a postcard please.
