Incidently, the company Catalyst Regeneration UK ltd, according to documents filed, is an exempt company due to it's small size and does NOT have it's accounts audited! Which is just as well since they are overdue at Companies House anyway! Can they handle a £4m project?
Intersting Fact. All these videos on YOUTUBE were put there by Catalyst in the last 24 hours.
oh, labour til i die, don't you think the use of the word 'snout' is inappropriate when talking about a mosque??!!

A telephone call to the number gains the information...from an increasingly nervous young man ..that "Catalyst" has replaced "Barb". But that's not what Companies House records show.......HHMMMMMMMMMM

dont know the rules about FOI requests but if this is a council funded project, wouldn't the original tender requirements and the winning application be available for public inspection?

This is also the address of "Catalyst Investment Projects Ltd" set up in October 2006 and yet to file any accounts.
If you go on YOUTUBE and view the series of videos uploaded by "Catalyst Regeneration" there are two (alleged) TV ads.
The phone number given is NOT for "Catalyst Regeneration" But Barb Services Ltd, a Muslim Architectural Services company (08450 942 519)
AND GUESS WHAT! They are also a small company exempt from outside auditing AND THEIR ACCOUNTS ARE OVERDUE!
