A councillor who sent a threatening e-mail to an engineer has been suspended for a month.Laurie Williamson wrote to Mike Heather, threatening to `stuff him through the mincer'.He also said Mr Heather, who was contracted to Bolton council's highways division, 'did not have the balls to deliver' in a row over a road safety scheme.Coun Williamson, Labour member for Harper Green, was found guilty of breaching the council's code of conduct. His suspension will start from February 1.Coun Williamson has served on the council since the late 1970s and is chairman of the South Area Forum, covering the Harper Green, Great Lever and Rumworth Wards.The row centred on proposals to temporarily close sections of Broad Oak Road and Glenmore Avenue in Farnworth and install speed bumps after residents raised concerns that it was a `rat-run'.Coun Williamson opposed the scheme.Mr Heather enquired about using area forum money to pay for the scheme, but was told by Coun Williamson that it would not be possible. Coun Williamson wrote: "I have opposed this from day one. I made it clear over a week ago that the area forum is not funding this."Area forum monies are not for mainstream schemes you haven't the balls to deliver."I shall make a point of returning from holiday for the 9th in order to stuff you through the mincer."A council report said Mr Heather felt `threatened and offended' by the e-mail.Coun Williamson said he would consider an appeal and revealed he felt frustrated at `not being listened to' by council bosses He said: "I am still thinking about what to do next. I sent an e-mail and I am not going to defend the content of it. It was unacceptable. The context of it was not taken into consideration. I was very angry and was not thinking at my clearest." I too am aware of an investigation into the activities of Labour councillors in Tameside. There is nothing conclusive yet, but early indications are that something big will be unearthed. I know that one allegation centres on a serving Labour councillor having close underworld connections.

Wag you, me and anyone else watching the Sky programme called BNP wives was aware of the programme maker’s modus operandi right from the start. The BNP allowed the Sky crew unlimited access to its RWB family festival. Sky promised sincerely it would not be a hatchet job but a true reflection of the event. The BNP are guilty of being fools to believe that Sky or any other Murdoch owned media outlet would be impartial, but fools they were and they paid the price.
The BNP is largely a working class party and many of the people attracted to the BNP are not political by nature, these people join the BNP out of sheer desperation because everyone else with the exception of none has abandoned the white working class. And contrary to media lies; the average BNP’r is not motivated by a pathological hatred of people of colour – the BNP representative in Dukinfield is a perfect example of this.
I would suggest Mr Wag, that despite my previous statement that the average BNP member is not political by nature, I still believe that 90% of BNP members would have more political knowledge than you. I don’t mean they would have great knowledge on the inner workings of the council chamber, but their general knowledge in relation to politics would be greater than yours.
Mr Wag, just sit back and think how well you would cope facing seasoned professional journalists who are constantly asking you in depth and very loaded questions about subjects you have no specialist knowledge on. Imagine Wag in the hot seat opposite Paxman and Paxman starts driving home the issue of workers rights and the contradiction he sees in your role as TMBC’s Stalinist ‘Sickness Enforcer’ and your role as a long term trades union representative and Labour councillor. He would nail you in seconds. So before you go trying to ridicule others – think how you yourself would cope.

Resident from Warley grove contacts me and asked me if I knew who was sending the right wing crap out (his words) he was informed of the source as others will be.
I cannot fault west roy kevin on his fantastic devotion to his cause. I could only hope to deliver as many leaflets as him. I am limited by working 60+ hours per week to pay excessive tax, NI, fuel duty and return home skint and knackered.
Does west roy kevin have a job? If he is a full time carer can he get home earlier than an ambulance?Does he own a car? how does his patient cope whilst he is delivering 5000 leaflets?
If he is this good at raising money should he not volunteer for a job with a charity.

I look after my disabled wife 48 pound a week, but I have had alot of money from the criminal injuries because the police were fucking useless at protecting my family from violent thugs in Hyde.
