Man seen acting suspiciously

Police are appealing for witnesses following reports of a man acting suspiciously in the Mossley area.Over the past two or three months, police have been informed that a man has been seen acting suspiciously on Abney Road, Quickedge Road and near Livingstone Primary School. The man has followed a number of teenage pupils and in some instance made a direct attempt to attract their attention. No one has been physically harmed but the man's behaviour has left the youngsters feeling scared and intimidated. The man is described as white, about 19 or 20-years-old, about 5ft 8in tall, of slim build and with a pale complexion. He has often been seen wearing a blue anorak, a dark blue baseball cap, scruffy-looking tracksuit bottoms and a white football shirt.Police have arrested and bailed a 19-year-old man in connection with these allegations pending further inquiries.Officers are now appealing for anyone who may have been approached by a man or who saw a man fitting the description acting suspiciously in the Mossley area to contact police as soon as possible.Anyone with information should call Tameside CID on 0161 856 9260 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.

What gets me is the pale complexion. Perhaps Liam has been missing his fake tan.
