A local source informs me that the fallout from the ongoing internal disputes within the British National Party has finally reached Tameside. It is said two of the eight candidates they fielded in this years council elections have been suspended pending expulsion for unauthorised contacts with “third party political opponents”, it is also alleged that a local official has been stripped of office for “spreading malicious rumours” and being a “conduit for low moral within the Tameside group”.This whole affair is truly fascinating. It appears the BNP have a more sophisticated intelligence gathering network than most people suspected. Some of the recent revelations could have come straight from the pages of an Ian Fleming book. The whole affair seems to centre on a plot by two national level BNP officials attempting to rid the party, by illicit means, of two other national officials whom they believed to be hindering the growth of the party. But it appears this plot was uncovered by former South African secret police, now in the pay of the BNP, who had been secretly bugging, and recording BNP members and officials by means of very high tech electronic intercepts one example of which can be studied here.
It is likely there will be more fallout from this affair in the coming days and weeks. According to various internet sources and the very informative website of Cllr John Taylor, the BNP have a real crisis on their hands and I couldn’t help but to see a bit of irony when I just read a story on the BNP website where they claim the pro-Islamic Respect party is in a state of meltdown due to internal disputes. All very interesting, but what will the consequences be for the borough of Tameside come next May. Will there still be a BNP left to participate in the democratic process?

My campaign has never been about Race and Nation. Concern that Britain is becoming a very dangerous fragmented society due to uncontroled immigration yes, but not a campaign based on racial hatred. The support is growing in Dukinfield simply because of the moderation of my personal Nationalism, simply to pick and choose who you will represent in your community will not win the hearts and minds of the people.
There is good and bad in all people we know this and therefore must accept it. Britain needs Nationalism and Britain needs to pull back on immigration and take notice of the concerns of The British people.
Interesting comments Roy! Nationalism does not equal racism. Take a look at the Scottish National Party or Sinn Fein, both are nationalist parties, but neither are tainted with accusations of racism or racial hatred, but it could be argued that the SNP are anti English and Sinn Fein anti British. The problem with the word “Racist” is that it can be levelled at any white person who dares to voice an un PC opinion on a any given subject involving people of colour, religion (with the exception of Christianity) or matters of immigration. It is a word that has been nurtured to mean many different things and to be an instant conversation stopper.

Sinn Fein translates as "ourselves alone". That's pretty exclusive. Then there's the Black Police Federation, The Society of Asisn Lawyers, The Black News Site "Blink", and so on.
Society is not homogenous, it is composed of various groups based on numerous criteria such as gender, sexual orientation, job, wealth, religion, sporting preference (either playing or supporting) and, increasingly since 1948 race / ethnic origin / nationality.
I hapen to support my own group in all those groups mentioned above. No one would suggest that I hated or wished harm on those not in "my" gender group, job group or sporting group. So why do you say that I "hate" those not in "my" race group?
I have to say since reading this post and subsequently checking the BNP website, I'm most impressed with the party. In recent weeks, months, years even, haven't other parties tried to "bury" bad news ? This shows the honesty of the party that they haven't followed suit. To be brave enough to do this, surely demonstrates they can be trusted to DO what they say, not (in my experience) like other parties.
As to Tonydj's comments, (and subsequent replies to it), I'm glad someone is fighting for the rights of white people. The Muslim Council of Britain, Homosexual & Lesbian groups, Operation black vote etc. etc. etc. fight for the rights of their "selective" members. Every political movement goes through changes The British National Party is no different it seems. This is a party that must change in the modern world, it must continue to move away from the far right at great speed. This is an urgent requirement for the political advancement of The BNP. The British people do not like extreme politics has a rule, and that is why the BNP is ever changing and moving away from the far right. The New Nationalism does not campaign on racial hatred, but a realization that immigration is out of control, communities need support and not subjected to floods of immigrants and Asylum seekers.

The British National Party must now continue to move away from the far right with great speed, and take on board The concept of The New Nationalism, this new idea of Nationalism will win in Dukinfield.

The New Nationalism is the future for the Tameside British National Party, take this concept on board or things will always be the same. Modern times will not tolerate extreme politics, and I can tell you that you will never win favour with The British people. I am not clever enough in order to set up a new party, but I can say the following with confidence that my campaign in Dukinfield is not based on any form of racial superiority and indifference. I will go in to more detail by what I believe to be The New Nationalism in the near future. Has Dukinfield will show that I am on the right track..............
People should remember that I have not committed myself regarding next May and the local elections, but after a Sunday morning of delivering leaflets in the Thorncliffe Avenue and Freeman Road areas of Dukinfield the concept of this New Nationalism begins to look very attractive. These are run down areas of Dukinfield with very little investment to improve the area, and local people seem depressed regarding the run down state of the area. The fact that these local people do not feel that they have any power in order that things can change for the better is also an issue for The New Nationalism. Talking to local people today one gets a great sense that local politicians have abandoned them and done nothing to encourage investment to improve their area. New Nationalism means Representation no matter what background you come from, and this is what local people are not getting at the moment in areas like these. The challenge to forge ahead with The New Nationalism campaign is gaining favour with the good people of Dukinfield. The old slogans of The National Front nolonger apply to The New Nationalism in the modern world.
A New Nationalism Campaign will be constructed in the area of Dukinfield bringing true Representation in to focus, and putting pressure on local councillors to deliver on their promises made to locals in the area. The New Nationalism will bring together all those people that have been completely abandoned by the old gang politics. Local people will be able to have a real alternative to the self-interest politicians that have been elected year after year on a minority vote. It seems that this idea of Nationalism has now taken root in Dukinfield. I have never been a traitor to anything in my life, I have always been true to myself even when my family were being attacked in our home by violent thugs. I have always been in the centre when it comes to Nationalist politics. I personally recognize that non-whites can be intensely proud to be British and of course English. You cannot have slogans saying kick them all out-extreme politics can never win through. So lets see how far this New Nationalism can go in Dukinfield.

The good people of Dukinfield will now be able to see the wood from the trees next local elections............Hundreds of people in Dukinfield now understand my motivation for standing in the local elections, I make it a serious point to mention that my family were re-housed in Dukinfield this was due to a 4 year campaign of violence that was directed against my family in Hyde. I am in the process of ptting together a local leaflet to imform the people of Dukinfield of the epic struggle to bring to justice 14 yobs that kept my family in fear for 4 years at our former home in Hyde, it will also mention the fact that my family were abandoned by local politicians at the time of great violence against us.........Local people want safer communities free from crime and violence.....
Of course all the spelling will be in order....................

A genuine advancement of independent Nationalism bringing into focus the true meaning of political representation for all of the members of the community of Dukinfield. The New Nationalism that does not exclude or prevent any section of the community from political involvment.........Many of our local communities have become devided on racial lines and this has increased racial tension. The New Nationalism puts forward a fair alternative...........Throwing money at one section of the community at the cost of the other side will only bring resentment...Thorncliffe Avenue, Inverness Road, Freeman Road, is a clear example of how this kind of resentment can take hold. The New Nationalism goes beyond racial hatred and indifference..............

Local people in Dukinfield have shown interest in an independent candidate standing in the local elections next May. I am not committed to any such decision at the moment. I know that this politics is a very dirty game indeed.

The BNP is not finished. There is a little problem with National leadership which will be sorted soon.
The refusal of the Party as a whole to support apparently illegal acts by the leadership is in marked contrast to the membership of the other parties who ignore scandals such as "honours for cash" and the recent donations scandal in the Labour Party.
One question for Cllr Taylor, is he not puzzled by the silence of the mass-media on this issue?
