Man due to appear in court charged with two counts of attempted rape

A 20-year-old man has been charged with two counts of attempted rape following two separate incidents in Ashton-under-Lyne.On Friday, 31 August 2007 a 45-year-old woman was sexually assaulted on Oldham Road, Ashton-under-Lyne, at 9.30pm.At midnight on Saturday, 6 October 2007, a 58-year-old was indecently assaulted at her home on Marsden Close, Ashton-under-Lyne.Mark Heeney, (born 06/09/87), of Lindisfarne Road, Ashton-under-Lyne, is due to appear before Tameside Magistrates' Court today.

Purlease which jury is to believe that tripe? A young lad after some MILF? In Tameside? Never!

Anyways I hope he said surprise! BEFORE he had a grope, then it does not count as rape/sexual assault.

It would be interesting to hear both sides to this arguement.

aparentley he was found not guilty but its my opinion there is no smoke without fire and any man who rapes a women deserved to be castrated
