Look what has appeared on Mill Lane overnight. What type of scruffs would do such a thing? I believe this rubbish was dumped by someone in a car as the spot they chose would have given them a clear view toward Haughton Green in one direction and Hyde in the other and therefore all they had to do was stop when the coast was clear and dump it. If the filthy tramps responsible read this they should be ashamed of themselves!
