Do as we say, not as we do...

The documents reproduced here give the details and conditions of the Planning permission granted to New Charter Housing Trust Group for the development of "Katherine House 150 Bentinck Street Ashton" There are several items of interest.

The first one is that permission was granted to "New Charter Housing Trust Group" while the Land Registry has the owners  of the land as "New Charter Homes" On the other ('third'?) hand Tameside Council's press statement tells us that planning permission was given to "New Charter Housing Trust". Companies house records indicate that a "New Charter Homes Ltd" and a "New Charter Housing Trust Ltd" both exist though a New Charter Housing Trust Group Ltd does not. This is interesting. The "Group" if it exists in a non-limited form will not have the same level of accountability as a limited company.

Finally there is the list of planning conditions. Condition 7 says there is to be no Sunday working on the site. Yet on Sunday just gone church goers had to run a gauntlet of laughing and joking builders working at 10-45 AM on the site. One law for us, one for "Them". It is not that long ago that a Denton restaurant was threatened with closure and it's owner with prosecution if he opened the establishment at tea time or later. Yet here we have Tameside council's favourite Social Landlord working in apparent contravention of it's planning instructions.

The conditions may have been changed and not made public, which is almost as bad as ignoring them..  But New Charter should know their obligations, they have enough councillors and ex-council staff on their various boards.

On its current course Tameside will be an immigrant infested s**thole within twenty years.
Labour's national plan to ship in replacements for their dying working class vote is continuing apace.

New charter's field of expertise is harassing old ladies for money. Targeting the vulnerable and disabled, that have done nothing wrong. AND DON'T EVER FORGET THAT!

New charter are a monstrous "organisation" their tentacles now reaching out to touch even residents not living in their properties.
Their power base backed by zealous police raids and evictions.
Thank goodness for this blog taking the FIGHT to new charter's mafia style controllers.

Sorry but I just can't warm to new charter housing.
You may find that some Individual's working at new charer are ok but those at the top, the enforcers are bullies and ex police.
People will look back at these articles and comments and will say, yes it was a warning to think and open our eyes to the charter threat to our civil rights and liberties, but now it's too late.

What is a blood sport? said...

So you've put this article up on your blog about blood sports hunting with dogs?
So is that a blood sport hunting with dogs?
Shooting birds out of the sky is that a blood sport?
Shooting ducks is that a blood sport?
What if someone gets enjoyment out of shooting birds and ducks? is that a blood sport?
What do you consider as being a blood sport?
And what ways would you consider keeping the fox population down?

Can a white person be racist towards another white person?

@ 09:14 they have vigorously pursued roy west for his views on blood sports. Why not the same for Mr John Taylor? draw up your own conclusions.

Anonymous 09:02, Yes they can honkey. If I'm Black that could be a 'racist'/humorous answer. If I'm White, apparently no offence is committed. But who's to say a White person couldn't hate their own kind? The establishment is in fact full of such people.

UKIP are polling extremely strongly ahead of the significant Clacton by-election on Thursday. Clacton has traditionally been a strong Conservative seat.
In the other by-election to be held on the same day, Heywood and Middleton, Labour are polling ahead in one of THEIR traditional seats, with UKIP behind but also polling well.
Hard to understand anyone voting Labour, anywhere. They are a desperate bunch of idea and talent free, clueless inadequates and failures. The Labour conference confirmed the patently obvious.
The modern Labour vote consists of: The elderly ('I've always voted Labour.'); Immigrants (85% of non-White Commonwealth immigrants vote Labour); The parasites and scroungers (who KNOW they'll be looked after in return for their vote); The brain dead, who couldn't tell you WHY they're voting Labour; The Tory haters; Finally the public sector/public sector Union vote, who can always be counted on to put the interests of their little club (We're entitled. Why? We just are.) ahead of everything.
Ironically the British working poor (and that's now a LOT of people) have been abandoned by Labour, the party founded to uphold their rights and interests. They'd be far better voting UKIP in a Labour seat, as at least that would send out a strong protest message against the party that's deserted them for their imported foreign replacements.

@ Alf, The UKIP 'price' for taking part in a coalition with the Conservatives - who unquestionably WILL do a deal if they are faced with the reality of losing power next May - will be a full, in'out referendum on Britain's membership of the EU. Then it would be entirely up to the British people. If they vote to leave, ALL EU freedom of movement lunacy that currently allows the dregs of Europe, and their often large and rapidly growing families, to flood in and parasite off our welfare system would stop. A massive first step in getting control of our borders, our country and our exploding population.
I would strongly urge everyone who cares about the survival of our country and everything it stands for to vote for them as they are, undoubtedly, the least worst option. Abstaining is EXACTLY what the main party traitors WANT.
