Another Staffordshire Bull Terrier attack in Denton

A dad watched in horror as two Staffordshire Bull terriers viciously attacked his four-month-old puppy with one locking its jaw around his dog’s head. Shaun Wainwright, 43, was walking his golden retriever Charlie with his seven-year-old son Alex near their home in Denton, Tameside, when they came across a group of fellow dog-walkers. Two large dogs, which he believes were Staffordshire Bull terriers, suddenly launched a savage attack on Charlie. The pup was bitten on the leg by one dog while the other animal locked its jaw around his head. Shaun stepped in to drag the two dogs off and says he only narrowly prevented Charlie from being mauled to death. Read more here: Manchester Evening News

Remember this I posted on July 18th? Same area, same type of unprovoked attack by Staffordshire Bull-terriers, what's the betting that the two cases are linked? Tameside Citizen

Hmmm.... a man named Barry Thew is sentenced to 8 months in jail for saying vile and disgusting things about two murdered policewomen. Meanwhile, a man named Azhar Ahmed is sentenced to no jail time whatsoever after saying vile and disgusting things about six British soldiers who were killed in Afghanistan. Can anyone spot the difference?

A senior Harrow Labour councillor was suspended after he was arrested on suspicion of possessing indecent images of children, it has emerged.

Brian Gate, 57, is the authority’s cabinet member for children, services and families. He was detained by police at his home on September 24.

Harrow West Cllr Mr Gate has been a councillor since 1997. He has also stood down from his position as a school governor.

A Met Police spokesman said: “On September 24 we went to a residential address in Harrow where we arrested a 57-year-old man on suspicion of possession of indecent images of children.

So why is this government and the one before it letting all these Muslims into Britain then.?

Wearing a T-shirt which mocks or abuses the killing of two policewomen is certainly in bad taste. But should it be illegal? Is it in fact illegal? Usually the crime is "....insulting words or behaviour whereby a breach of the peace is likely....." Was a breach of the peace likely?

I am surprised that there has been very little discussion on the two murders. Now bearing in mind the law on sub judice I shall make these observations.

How come Roy West gets visits from bunches of male policemen when the call out to the burglary received only these two female PC's?

This case clearly shows that the police cannot defend their own. What chance have we then to expect protection? The contrast between the police response to the killing of David Askew and these two murders is also noteworthy.

My last point is my main point. There was a reward of £50,000 for informtion offered BEFORE the killings of the two police women. Why? There have been gang related killings before in Tameside which did not eleicit a hugh reward.

Could it be the police were more concerned about recovering the hand grenades? We have the tightest gun control in the free world and villains not only got their hands on guns but on GRENADES for god's sake! Some coppers or Custom's men wee not doing their job properly. Perhaps this explains the rigour with which the police are clamping down on things like the T-shirt and web-postings. A smoke screen to hide the fact that a serious crime was able to be carried out due to a failure of law enforcement.

Enoch Powell told folk to vote Labour because Labour opposed coloured immigration believing it would affect British Workers rates of pay and employment prospects.
Hard as it may be to believe there was a time when the Labour Party actually told the truth about immigration.

The Tories wanted a source of cheap labour and told everyone that blacks were coming to do jobs the British Workers didn't want to and then when they were no longer needed they would all go home.
Enoch wasnt perfect and made some bad mistakes, but he sacrificed his almost guaranteed future as Conservative Leader and British Prime Minister to stand up against the betrayal of British workers. How many other politicians would have done that?

WE should thank the Trades Unions for their excellent work circa 2000 - 2008 when their best mates in government, New labour were flooding the country with immigrants for cheap labour. The Union's response to this planned detruction of the pay and conditions of millions of British workers was to say and do FUCK ALL. Still they did keep all those public sector workers (Labour voters virtually one and all) looked after.

Britainistan said...

@ Anonymous 21:58, No I'd have said that if that's what I meant. There's no point in attacking terrorist training camps thousands of miles away if our own country is being exponentially overwhelmed and Islamified by the 'British' Muslim population. They won't have to blow anything up, they can do it by weight of numbers. According to the last government's official figures the Muslim population of Britain grew ten times faster than any other group between 2004-2008.

I've never looked at it that way but you do raise an interesting point. It could be viewed as colonisation in reverse?

A man stabbed a large American Bulldog to death after it attacked his terrier. The dog he attacked had been wandering about off the lead with no muzzle. It wasn't the first time it had attacked the terrier (which survived) and locals are said to be happy the dog is gone.

It's about time either the banned list of breeds was increased or compulsory muzzling of such dogs was made law. It wasn't the fault of the dog that was killed, it's the breeders and irresponsible owners who make them what they. Such large powerful breeds are difficult to control in the event of a dog fight, and the owners make other dog walkers constantly uneasy. When I had a dog I never took him out without being armed with either a screwdriver or a kitchen knife.

What you need to remember in Labour run Tameside here are just a few pointers for you.
New Charter Housing is the social housing landlord. They made £7 million profit last year with a annual turnover of £90 million despite being a non profit, charitable, status, landlord for the borough. Ian H Munro, Group Chief Executive of new charter is making £200,000 a year.
New charter are very anti BNP with a number of high ranking Labour Councillors on their pay roll.
New Charter sponsor the police, and the police advertise new charter on the side of police cars.
New charter also give the police money to buy new police cars.
New charter have twice tried to evict the vulnerable partner of a well know BNP Candidate and activist in the area. A Labour Councillor called Ged Cooney from Drolysden is making vast amounts of money on the building side of new charter housing building group.
Make sure you know what you are dealing with. It's corrupt here in Tameside and the money makers hate the British National Party because they expose them for what they are.
Greedy Bastards!

New Charter and Labour making money together.
And remember this point: 90% of all new charter tenants are on housing benefit.
Making money OUT OF THE the poor.

A man from Leicester has been fined and banned from contacting a former colleague.

Anthony Toby, 47, of Fosse Road Central, was convicted of stalking his former co-worker, Chris Jenkins, after the two men fell out at a Walkers crisps factory in Scraptoft last December.

Mr Toby and Mr Jenkins worked together for three years as fork-lift truck drivers, and became good friends. But their friendship turned sour in December last year when Mr Jenkins was promoted to a supervisory role within the company; a position Mr Toby had expected to receive.

The resulting feud culminated in January this year when Anthony Toby was arrested under the new anti-stalking legislation.

Mr Jenkins rode his mountain bike to a nearby train station on New Year's day of this year and was unknowingly being followed by Mr Toby in his Audi A3 Quattro.

Anthony Toby had hired the services of a local thug, Steven Brady, to intimidate Mr Jenkins once he had boarded the train.

Tom Black, prosecuting, said, "It was rather pathetic and cowardly of both Toby and Brady to intimidate my client in this way. It was done out of pure malice, and I am pleased both men have expressed a sense of regret and shame at their actions.

Mr Toby was fined £2,500 at Leicester magistrate's and ordered to pay £400 costs.

More than 1.6 million people between the ages of 20 and 40 are living with their parents because they cannot afford to rent or buy their own home.

The figures are revealed in a report by YouGov on behalf of the housing and homelessness charity Shelter, which said they showed a "vivid picture of arrested development" for young people.

Nearly half of the parents surveyed said they did not believe their children would ever be able to get on the housing ladder. A similar number (44%) were concerned that living at home was holding their children back from leading an independent adult life.

Of those living at home, just over a third said they felt embarrassed about admitting to their housing situation, and others believed that their relationship with their parents had deteriorated. Nearly two-thirds thought that it was harder to form relationships.

Dogs are just nothing but trouble - I'd kill them all if I could.

I've always thought of dog owners as inadequate people with poor social skills. They can't hack the real world of people and social encounters etc, so they retreat into a fantasy world where they are the master surrounded by inferior beings (dogs).

Research has also proven that dog owners are, on average, more violent and brutish than those without dogs.

Love Thy Neighbour, I can tell by the quality of the comments which you make that you are a wise and learned individual, therefore I seek advice on a matter of great importance.

Imagine you had an acquaintance who you once had a lot of time but who you rarely see or hear from nowadays. But word gets back to you that your former acquaintance has had a severe mental breakdown and has become totally delusional. You are informed that your former acquaintance believes people are following him in cars, onto trains and even hiring thugs to intimidate him. Then even worse, you hear reports that he has armed himself with kitchen knives and is walking the streets armed with the said instruments. Therefore, my question to you is; do you inform the police, which would inevitably lead to his arrest and sectioning, both of which would have a devastating impact on his very respectable family, or would you just ignore the bad news you heard about your former acquaintance and wash your hands of the matter and leave him to his fate?

Alf Garnett said...

I would go and find him and see how he is and try to help him

And likes to try and get a date with girls 20 years younger than himself.
I think it's best to ignore him from now on. He's got personal issues of a mental nature. 1 in 4 people have a mental illness in this Country at one time in their lives.

Just ignore him and remember, that 1 in 4 people suffer from mental illness at one time in their lives.
But if he's carrying a knife as you say, and he his mentally ill it sounds dangerous not only to himself but others.

That's pretty much the official line IIRC. A ridiculous one, mind you: akin to sending the British forces in their entirety to the oil-rich Caucases during WW2 whilst the Wehrmacht overran Britain, justifying it on the grounds that their vital supplies were being impaired hooray.

Service-people's deaths occur much more frequently than coppers',but still stand as far more of a per-capita loss.

Yes - humans also create a lot of noise pollution, but I don't paint all humans black as a result. Dogs can be trained not to bark - special collars ebing one solution. Don't blame the dogs, blame the owners.

Jingo O'Flaherty not that simple. We made a complaint to new charter but they said it did not come under their responsibility, with the owners being owner-occupiers.
New charter told us to complain to the Council, but we are just waiting to see about our transfer request. I hope the new tenants can appreciate having to listen to dogs barking all day because it takes some getting used to, I can tell you that.
If we want a peacful Sunday we have to go out somewhere for the day. It's either that or listen to howling dogs all day.
