Mr West was told at his hearing on Thursday (6th July) that he must return in January to Tameside County Court where his conduct will be judged. The Judge made it quite plain that he faced jail if he continued in his behaviour towards his neighbours, described by the judge as “utterly childish”, warning that if he did not behave sensibly he should “bring his toothbrush” to the January Hearing.
The judge, however, was equally scathing, if not more so, towards The New Charter case. Commenting on the injunction he criticised it as being too wide in its scope and of protecting New Charter from legitimate criticism. He was “disappointed” with new Charter for not revealing earlier than they did that the neighbours of Mr West were not tenants but owner occupiers, which led him to wonder why New Charter were involved, commenting that he would have thought that New Charter would have other, more serious, cases to worry about.
He declared that the injunction was a “waste of my time” and should “never have been introduced” The Judge removed the power of arrest from the injunction and restricted it to apply only to his neighbours and their children.
Earlier in the hearing the matter or Cllr Taylor’s complaint of harassment was raised in relation to Roy’s filming of the Councillor. The Judge remarked that Cllr Taylor should “Grow a thicker skin”

and handed it to me at a previous court hearing.
So I went along to beevers solicitors in Ashton for an interview.
Chintu Patel of beevers told me right from the start, that it was an open and shut case for new charter.
She told me that there was no point in mounting any kind of defence, saying that the judge would just think I was lying anyway.
She got on the phone to new charter while we were in her office.
She kept telling me that I could expect a two year prison sentence, and that, her previous client had been sent to prison for a breach dispite being a carer for his disabled mother.
I told her that I did not attack the new charter office with a crowbar. She replied by saying "The judge won't believe you"
"he won't take on board anything eles because of your two previous convictions"
This is from a person that was going to represent me in this injunction case.

As regards to the ongoing committal proceedings, I am unable to see what, if any, defence your client is able to mount.
The DVD evidence uploaded onto your client's YouTube account and attached to the application, particularly in relation to the footage of the 25th March shows your client effectivley lying in wait in his garden before he films persons leaving the neighbouring property.
There can be no suggestion that this was accidentally obtained by your client as there is a period at the start of the filming where your client appears to be filming the front of the neighbouring property waiting for someone to open the door.
Your client then uploaded the footage(either personally or by someone acting on his behalf) onto the internet. By definition, this constitutes a breach of both claauses 1 and 2 of the injunction that is currently in force.
Are they filming your path and front door? If so how is THAT not the same as what you did?

Karen Marsden took part in a peaceful demonstration in Dewsbury town centre on 23rd June to raise awareness of the paedophile grooming activites being carried out by Muslim men in the local area. Karen and others also helped inform the public on the paedophiles that infest the Labour25 Party too. Something else which never gets mentioned in the corrupt media!
As the grooming/rape gang problem mainly involves a disproportianate amount of Muslim men, and all of the members of the grooming/rape gangs are Muslim, a number of Muslims in the area took exception to the infidel's presence.
Karen was handing out leaflets to passers by, when she was approached by a group of young Pakistani men. They became very abusive, and were joined at one point by a Muslim woman. This disgusting Muslim woman spat in Karen's face, and called her a "White Whore". One of the Pakistani men then started pushing her. Several police officers that were present, stood by and did nothing at this point even though Karen had been verbally abused and spat at, once again highlighting their failure to carry out their job and help a woman who was under attack.
As one of the men rushed up to abuse her again, Karen pushed him away. She was then besieged by 6 police officers who dragged her down onto the wet bricked ground, piling on top of her like she was some huge wrestler from WWE, and then subjected her to an unbeleivably savage beating which included being sprayed with CS Gas, before throwing her in the back of a police van and arresting her.
Karen has been unbelievably charged with assault for defending herself, which everyone has a perfect Right to do so when being attacked, especially by more than one person. But what is truly appalling though is how the police failed to assist her when she was under attack at the beginning allowing a situation to escalate from a simple argument to an assault by local Muslims. (You know, the people from the 'Religion of Peace'). Incidentally, the Muslims that were involved in this attack walked away free without any obstruction from the Police. Karen's arrest was captured on video (which you can see below). The only 'good' thing that has come from this awful event was that so many of the public were looking on and seeing exactly what happened, and they were obviously quite horrified to see the treatment dished out on Karen by the Police, especially when she was the victim and the real criminals were allowed to walk away. Yet again, the Police Force are showing their true colours to the public. The public have up until now only had our word on what is happening to our country, but now they are truly seeing it for themselves! (Another 'told you so')
Karen will now be appearing in Court on the 12th July, which as far as we are concerned is ludicrous. The guilty ones are still on the loose!
No doubt we will see more of this sort of treatment of the decent people of Britain as the corrupt Government and Police Force continue their plans of islamification and destruction of our once great country.

A printer who attempted to blackmail BNP leader Nick Griffin and threatened his family has been jailed.
David Sloan, 33, threatened Nick Griffin’s parents and daughter in an attempt to try and re-coup a so called debt of £44,000.
Sloan’s firm, Romac Press, who were asked to produce election leaflets for our party, failed miserably and Mr Griffin refused to pay, saying there were too many errors.
The judge at Carlisle Crown Court sentenced Sloan, of Newtonards, County Down, to two-and-a-half years in jail.
He had refused to admit to the charges, but was convicted of two counts of blackmail.
Judge Peter Hughes, said Sloan was a man of previous good character, and under stress, but he had set about trying to enforce the debt using improper means.
He said: "Blackmail is a despicable offence, it is rightly regarded with loathing and contempt.
"You went to considerable lengths, travelling to England to target Mr Griffin's daughter.
"You tailgated her in your car from the BNP office in Wigton to Carlisle, it must have been terrifying.
"Your purpose was to scare.
"This has nothing to do with politics, or Mr Griffin's views, it is about the use of blackmail."
