A man brutally killed his son’s kitten after it soiled a sofa. Dalkeith Anthony Jarrett hurled the tiny black and white kitten from his 16ft high balcony in a fit of rage after it dirtied the sofa instead of using its litter tray.
He was caught after RSPCA bosses pleaded for information about the dead animal.
The 46-year-old, of Rowcon Close, Audenshaw, pleaded guilty to failing to protect the animal from pain and suffering by his abuse which led to its death. The kitten was found dead by a neighbour just hours after she overheard Jarrett repeatedly threatening to kill it. Read more on the website of the Manchester Evening News

what the law does mean is that if a black man calls an overweight white man a fat (!!!!) and in retaliation the white man retorts with black (!!!!), the white man is arrested and put before a court whilst the black man is let off scot-free. It's racist bullshit man. If wasn't a black man it would not have been news worthy. It is just another example of the never ending race war being fought against black people.
The truth is the diametric opposite of the above.
Some Black people can see discrimination invisible to others. In fact it doesn't even have to exist for them to see it.
Just look at that armed robber who was shot last year. Most of us would just see it as one less criminal, but unbeknownst to us mere mortals this was actually a clever case of discrimination.
It's lucky that the issue was pointed out to us, it's just a shame that the black community had no other option than to loot shops and set fire to peoples home before we realised it.
