No fatalities but it looks like a Peugeot 106 shunted the white Mini which is visible in the photograph. The Peugeot appears to have been abandoned with doors left open, the engine running and the stereo still playing. Lots of police for what on the surface seems to be a minor incident. The traffic cops were paying lots of attention to the front of a police vehicle which appeared to be undamaged. I am not sure if the police vehicle was in pursuit when the accident occurred.

Let's hope the drivers were insured as this is now a serious problem. Three years ago 61% of drivers in Bradford were uninsured, a scandalous situation and an utter failure by the police and authorities.
